A 12-person marketing agency managing 30 client social media accounts was spending 20 hours weekly creating and scheduling posts. Content quality was inconsistent, and optimal posting times were guesswork.
Adopted an AI content creation and scheduling tool that generates social media posts based on client industry, brand voice, and trending topics. The AI analyzes engagement data to determine optimal posting times for each platform and audience.
Connected AI tool to client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Created brand voice profiles for each client. Set up content approval workflows. Trained team on prompt engineering to guide AI content generation. Rolled out to 5 pilot clients, then expanded.
AI-generated content still needs human review and editing - we position it as a first draft tool. Clients appreciated the data-driven posting schedule. The AI was particularly good at repurposing long-form content (blogs, whitepapers) into social snippets.
We initially let the AI post directly without approval workflows. This resulted in a few off-brand posts that didn't align with client voice. We quickly added mandatory human review, which maintained quality while still saving significant time.
